Michael Thomas Novak Jr

Michael Thomas Novak, Jr, age 79 passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022, in Tampa, FL. Michael was born November 16, 1942, in Passaic, NJ. Mike was a loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and stepfather who will be greatly missed. He was predeceased by his parents Michael T. Novak, Sr., and Wanda Novak. He is survived by his wife, Carol Sue, sister, Patricia N. Dolecki, his sons, Michael and Jeffery, their wives Renee and Marinela, 4 grandsons: Caden, Ryland, Caleb, and Michael, 3 nephews: Douglas, Michael, and Tom, and stepson, Jonathan.

Mike was a gifted realtor and developer who trained and mentored numerous others in their real estate careers over 5 decades. His developments included retail, medical offices, in-patient medical facility, residential, and self-storage. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
