I found a letter from Pete from years ago.  I started a search, and discovered that he had passed.  We were barracks friends during my army days .   Rest In Peace, my friend. Chuck Fluty, Roanoke, va....

Heartfelt condolences to Teresa and the children.  Pete and his family sold us his house when we first came to America 22 years ago, and we are still in it!  He did a fine job!  May he rest in peace...Tyrone and Family.
P.S. I have a piece of mail addressed to his beneficiaries.  Please tell me how to get it to them...

We're thinking about you.

We are so glad to had the chance to see my cousin Peter two times. We spent a great time together while we were in Florida! We will miss him very much! Terri and Diane we are so sorry that you both lost Peter. We wish you only the best and Peter will always be in our heart and our minds!

God Saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be.  So he put his arms around you and whispered "come to me".  With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away.  Although we love you dearly, we could not make you stay.  A golden heart stopped beating and hard working hands at rest.  God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best.

I am very sorry for your loss. I considered Pete one of my best friends since high school. No matter how I was felling, every time we spoke, he had a way to make me smile. I'm deeply saddened and already miss his humor and laughter but find comfort that he is no longer in pain. Pete is loved and will be missed greatly by many. Pete is a wonderful, kind, and generous man. I was blessed to have a friend like Pete.
