Robert Scott Brundege, 71, of Clearwater, Florida passed away on February 1, 2026. He is survived by his brother, William, his sister Robin, five nieces and nephews and seven great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dorothy Brundege.
Scott was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Tampa, Florida in 1980. As a child, he loved vacations to Wisconsin every summer with his family where he fished, swam and enjoyed the Northwoods. He was gifted with perfect pitch and had an uncanny memory for musical artists and their songs. He had a love for all types of music, from marching with the high school band, to mastering the organ.
He had several jobs throughout his life and never missed a day of work. He proudly wore the BayCare logo in his most recent employment and even after retirement.
A memorial service is planned for March 7 at 12 noon at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, located at 2860 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759, United States.
