

Sandra was born in Lares, Puerto Rico on October 12, 1959 to Carmen Nydia Napoleoni and Angel Alfonso Gonzague. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in Arecibo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting on June 5, 1984. She spent many years working as a senior accountant for both the University of Florida and Hillsborough Community College, respectively, until her retirement.
Sandra was a devoted follower of Christ. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly and was an exemplary mother.
She is survived by her mother, Carmen Nydia Napoleoni; daughter, Giselle Vazquez (Michael), and son, Andres Colon IV; four grandchildren, Taina, Elias, Ariana, and Camilo; one great grandchild, Kartiae; four siblings, Carmencita Gonzague, Angel Gonzague, Noel Gonzague, and Isaac Gonzague; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A small, close family gathering will be held privately at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Clearwater, Florida.
