Sarah T. Hartigan

of Clearwater passed away on Friday, October 26, 2012. She was born in Oswego, NY and came to Clearwater in 1975 from Syracuse, NY.

She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church and a clerical worker for the Federal Government for 31 years prior to retirement. She was a member of the Largo Cultural Center, New Beginnings, The Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), The Council of Catholic Women and an Honorary Member of the National Association of Federal Employees #259. She was a volunteer for various Senior Citizens Centers and the Festival of Trees. Sarah is survived by her sisters, Mary Gittino of Largo, FL and Josephine Wahrendorf of Trinity, FL; and numerous nieces, nephews, great grand nieces and nephews and great-great grand nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 2 -4 and 6 – 8 PM at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 693 S. Belcher Rd., Clearwater. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 1955 S. Belcher Rd., Clearwater. Burial will be in Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, Largo, FL.
