Tammy D. Jones, 57, was born in Chapel Hill, N.C. on July 16, 1963. She passed away March 7th after a massive stroke. She was a fighter for her health and independence since having brain cancer and a stroke in 1999.
She is the daughter of Brenda Jones and the late Larry Jones, sister Tonya (Drew) Visser, brother Tony (Amy) Jones. She was so proud of her nieces and nephews, Travis (Karla) and Tyler Steckler, Lauren and Preston Jones and Alexis and Angelina Visser.
She graduated in 1981, the first class of Countryside High School. She also attended Pinellas Technical College and Hillsborough Community College. She then worked in the insurance industry.
She loved family, friends, dogs, tennis, beach and chocolate milk shakes. She is loved to the moon and back and is now in God’s hands.
