On the morning on November 27th 2015, William Harris Neely passed away at the age of 95 in the care of Suncoast hospice, resting peacefully next to his loving granddaughters Jamie Neely and Michelle Neely. William was survived by his loving wife, loyal son and granddaughters. William was born in Lima Ohio on June 29th 1920. Just twenty two years later in the year of 1942, William enlisted in the United States Navy where he met his beautiful wife Helen Mccabe. William and Helen married in the year of 1950. Together they purchased their forever home in Dunedin, Florida and expanded their family in 1960 with their first and only child Michael Neely. For the next 65 years, William and Helen lived a beautiful life raising their pride and joy Michael, enjoying the florida lifestyle fishing and sailing, and later fullfilling their granddaughters’ lives with love, laughter, and acceptance. They are best known for their warm, selfless and humble hearts. They will always be truly loved and he will be deeply missed.
