Brenda Parks Sechrist

Brenda Parks Sechrist, 68, of Clemmons passed away Tuesday, June 12 at her home after a short battle with cancer. She was born October 23, 1949 in Mecklenburg County to the late Nelson & Dorothy Parks. In addition to her parents, she preceded in death by a granddaughter Abigail Sechrist and Mother-in-Law Mary Sechrist. She is survived by her husband; Keith Sechrist, son; David Sechrist(Kelly), daughters; Heather Anderson(Billy), Carey Hurley(Tim), Grandchildren; Cameron Sechrist, Cohen Sechrist, Katie Sechrist, Grace Anderson, Sarah Anderson, Hope Anderson, McKenzie Hurley, Declan Hurley, Brothers; Larry Parks & Jeff Parks , Brother-in-law Ralph Sechrist(Susan), Sister-in-law; Vickie Sutton, Father-in-law; Ralph Sechrist Sr. A memorial service will be held Monday, June 18 at 11 AM at Frank Vogler & Sons Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice & Palliative Care or American Cancer Society. Frank Vogler & Sons Funeral Home in Clemmons is assisting the Sechrist family.
