Curtis Wayne Hodges Sr.

He was born June 18, 1959 in Martinsville, Virginia to Charlie Herbert Hodges, Sr. and Myrtle Ashby Hodges. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Crystal Hodges and one brother Charles “Sonny” Hodges. Curtis was an avid outdoorsman and Loved to go hunting. He worked in landscaping most of his life.

Left to cherish his memory are one son, Curtis Wayne “C.W.” Hodges Jr.; two step daughters, Myka Clark and Melissa White both of Louisville, KY; five sisters, Doris Hannah, Amanda Bodenheimer, Shirley Phelps, Linda Kay “Danny” Prush; a special nephew, Greg Williams and a special niece, Lisa Summey. And Jennifer Walker.

A celebration of life will be held 6 PM, Tuesday, January 27th at Frank Vogler and Sons Funeral Home Clemmons, Chapel with Pastor John Sealey and Pastor Dave Dimario officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
