David Michael Davis

Clemmons- Mr. David Michael Davis, 53, died unexpectedly on July 28, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, of which he was a member. The family will receive guests following the service at the church.

David was born in Forsyth County to the late Walter M. and Dorothy Cardwell Davis. On September 12, 1981 he married Janet Martin. He has spent thirty years in the HVAC business employed in the past with AC Corporation and currently at Sid Harvey’s Inc. David was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He dearly loved his children and two grandchildren and always put his family first. David lived life to the fullest and touched a lot of hearts.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Martin Davis; son, Josh Davis of the home; daughter, Jordan Davis Inman (Andrew) of Pilot Mountain.; two grandchildren, Easton Vance Inman and Charlotte Melissa Inman; sisters, Kathy Davis Mabe of Kernersville and Melissa Davis Newsome (Randy) of Lake Norman; and his beloved canine companions, Harley and Heidi.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, 4700 Old Walkertown Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
