Mrs. Stokes had a love for gardening and flowers.
She was married to the love of her life, Roger L. Stokes, for 61 years.
Mrs. Stokes was preceded in death by her parents and brothers.
She is survived by her husband, Roger L. Stokes; children, Rickey Stokes and Sherry Perry; sisters, Louise Coggins, Ann Hargett, and Jean Figueroa; grandchildren, Jason Epperson, Rickey Stokes, Jr., and Corey Huie; and great grandchild, Aiden Huie.
A celebration of life service will be June 5, 2014, 2:00 pm, in the mausoleum chapel at Forsyth Memorial Park.
