He was born on February 22, 1930 in Washington DC to Evelyn Rittue and Norman Stansbury.
George served our country in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Preceding him in death are George’s parents and loving wife Betty Sue Brown Stansbury.
He is survived by his children, Keith (Erika) Stansbury and Mark (Alison) Stansbury; his grandchildren, Brittany, Ashley, Brandon, Christa, Morgen, Samantha, and Virginia; his great-grandchildren, Gabrielle, Novella, Nahlia, and Skylar; and many other loved ones and friends.
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday April 22, 2017 at 1 PM at Westlawn Gardens of Memory with Pastor Tim Wolfe officiating.
