Hugh "Jim" James Mair

Hugh James (Jim) Mair, 87 of Clemmons passed away April 28, 2018. Mr. Mair was born in Batavia, IL to the late Hugh and Evalyn Mair. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife Marjorie, brother; Thomas Mair, Sister; Polly Carlson, Grandson; Bradley Mair and his loving companion (Heels Of Carolina) his yellow lab. Jim was an avid UNC tarheel fan, he enjoyed woodworking and playing golf. He is survived by two daughters; Deborah Foltz and Kimberly Mair, son; Scott Mair(Janet), grandchildren; Derrick Foltz(Susan), Alli Adams(Blake) and Katie Mair. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 2 at 2pm at Clemmons Moravian Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family would like to send special thanks to Cynthia Edwards and also to the staff of Kate B Reynolds Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Clemmons Moravian Church and Hospice & Palliative Care of Winston Salem.
