

He was born July 30, 1985 in Tallahassee, FL a son of George Henry and Pamela Jo Pyles Stewart.
Surviving are his parents of Clemmons, two sisters, Tara (Kevin) Clark Hunt of Clemmons, Jessica (James) Stewart Wallace of Garden City, Idaho; one niece, Madison Alexis Clark of Clemmons; one nephew, Julian Thomas Chesney Hunt of Clemmons; numerous other extended family; and the Downstairs Crew.
He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
Kyle worked in Technical Support for the University of North Carolina Charlotte Information Technology Department.
He graduated from West Forsyth High School, Forsyth Community College and was a senior at UNCC in the Computer Engineering Program.
He was a member of Hillsdale Baptist Church.
He was also a U.S. Army Veteran serving two tours in Iraq. Sgt. Kyle Thomas Stewart served with the 2 Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade, 1st Calvary Division and received the Joint Service Commendation Medal for exceptionally meritorious achievement as part of a Joint Operations Task Force in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from December 23, 2005 to June 1, 2006.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Clemmons United Methodist Church. A reception will follow the service for family and friends at the church. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Frank Vogler and Sons Clemmons Chapel.
