

Mary Margaret Frewen Bridge, 83, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 18, 2011 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. Mary was born in Forest, Ohio in 1927 to the late John Thomas Frewen and Mary Latham Frewen. An avid reader, Mary attended Michigan State University, owned her own real estate company early in her career, and in 1982 founded Bridgeways Inc. together with Joseph E. Bridge, her late beloved husband of 51 years. Mary is survived by her five children; Jean Reinhardt, Christopher, Katherine (Dr. Al) DeMaria, Mary Anne (Johnny) Merritt, Joseph F. (Laura); ten grandchildren, Sean Craig, Johanna Craig Elsner, Genevieve DeMaria, Gabrielle Balderson, Sarah Bridge-Hendrix, Anna Bridge, Ashleigh and Austin Merritt, Rachel and Callie Bridge; and three great-grandchildren, Aiden and Ava Elsner, and Camdyn Martin. A funeral service will be held Sunday, November 20, 2011, 2:00 P.M., at Forsyth Memorial Park Mausoleum with the Reverend Deval Mason officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the mausoleum prior to the service.
