Oralee “Pete/Peaches” Casstevens Vernon went to be with the Lord December 4, 2014. She was born February 22, 1928 to the late Marvin Edward and Effie Duncan Casstevens. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband Elmo F. Vernon, daughters Debbie (Steve) Cooke, Donna (Michael) Carrigan, Susan (Tucker) Greene. Grandchildren, Michael Cooke, Stephen Donathan, Gabriella, Sasha and Alexi Greene. Two great and three great great grandchildren. Sister Donna Priddy and a brother Marvis Casstevens. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Elmo Franklin “Frankie” Vernon and four siblings. A visitation will be held Sunday, December 7th 2014 at Frank Vogler and Sons Funeral Home on Reynolda Rd. from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. A private burial will be held on Monday.
