Patrick Shelley O'Brien, 63, of Winston Salem, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018. Mr. O'Brien was born April 28, 1955 in Forsyth County to the late Frederick & Martha O'Brien. He is survived by a brother; Michael O'Brien (Lori), sister; Kathleen Moorefield (Tim), son; Chase O'Brien (Hannah) and granddaughter Harper. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Thursday, October 11 at Frank Vogler & Sons Funeral Home in Clemmons.
