Rudolph "Rudy" Joseph Skovera, 72, passed away on May 20, 2018. He was born June 11, 1945 in Uniontown, PA to the late Stephen and Justina Skovera. He leaves behind his wife, Carol; son, Michael; daughter-in-law, Marcia; three grandchildren, Wesley, Katelyn, and Emily; sister, Joanne (Albert) Muha; and brother, Richard (Terry) Skovera.
Mr. Skovera worked as a computer programmer for 32 years in the airline industry. He loved to play golf with his wife and friends. He was an avid sports fan especially for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He loved most spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Clemmons.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6PM to 8PM at Frank Vogler & Sons Funeral Home Clemmons Chapel, 2849 Middlebrook Dr. A funeral mass will be Friday at 11AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4820 Kinnamon Rd.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Parkinson Association of the Carolinas.
