

He was born on November 22, 1952 in Forsyth County to Thomas Henry Brown, Jr. and Mabel Elizabeth Morgan Brown.
Tom was a proud Army veteran. He served in the Army and Army Reserves for 24 years. He served with the 121 Evac Hospital in Seoul, Korea and the 312 Evac Hospital in Saudi Arabia during the Persian Gulf War/Desert Storm.
He graduated from NC State in 1979 with a degree in Architecture. He worked for Frank L. Blum Construction Company for 29 years. Tom was a lifelong member of Old Town Baptist Church. In memory of his late mother, he gave 44+ gallons of platelets over the last 16 years.
Tom is survived by his loving wife, Cameron Harris Brown; daughters, Morgan and Libby Brown; granddaughter, Lily Grace, and another granddaughter, Olivia, on the way; brother, Michael Phillip (Marjorie) Brown; aunts, Geraldine Brown and Katheryn Wilds; nephews, Michal and Aaron Brown; niece, Sarah Brown; special friends, Austin Speas and David Brewster; and many other loved ones and friends.
The memorial service will be Wednesday, April 12th at noon at Old Town Baptist Church, 4386 Shattalon Dr. with Dr. Rick Speas officiating. The family will receive friends for a visitation one hour prior. After the service, there will be an inurnment at Forsyth Memorial Park with military honors provided by VFW 9010 in Clemmons, NC. Frank Vogler & Sons Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice or Old Town Baptist Church.
