

William Emory Tschopp III (Billy), beloved Son, Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Uncle died September 5, 2011 at his beloved home "Hummingbird Hollar." Billy was born in Lafayette, Indiana in 1954. Billy graduated from West Forsyth High School, Athens Technical School, and The American Institute of Baking in Manhattan, Kansas. He served in the United States Navy as an air traffic controller. He was a faithful employee of Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation for 28 years. Billy's love of racing and fishing was only surpassed by his love for his God and his family. He was preceded in death by his father, William Emory Tschopp Jr.; nephew, Jared Braxton Thompson, Joseph Lee Shotwell, and Nancy E. Shotwell. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn McHenry Tschopp; children, Brandi T. Crisco (Spence) and William F. Tschopp (Jennifer); grandchildren, Marylin Gabrielle and Olivia Rae Crisco, Keifer Bryant, Randsom Grant, and Gunner James Tschopp; sisters, Barbara T. Pope (Donnie), Tracy T. Thompson (E.V.), Judi Shotwell, April Broughton, and Andrea Heimkreiter (Jerry); brothers, Eric Shotwell (Janet) and Joe Shotwell (Rhonda); many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a lifelong childhood friend and Brother in the Lord, Rock Vest. Services will be held September 8, 2011 at Clemmons United Methodist Church, Clemmons, North Carolina. Visitation will be held at the Church from 12:30 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. followed by the service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Westlawn Gardens of Memory following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Clemmons United Methodist Preschool Fund; the Make-A-Wish foundation; USO; or the charity of your choice.
