Bruce Cohen

Bruce Cohen, 72, a beloved resident of Willoughby Hills and native Clevelander, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2025. Known for his distinctive quirky sense of humor, Bruce brought warmth and laughter to all who knew him and will be deeply missed.

Bruce’s natural curiosity about how things worked guided him to a fulfilling career in electronics repair. Outside of his professional life, he found joy in gardening, transforming the entrance to his home into a vibrant display of beautiful flowers. He was cherished by his family, especially known as the "fun uncle," and particularly enjoyed the lively gatherings during the holidays.

Bruce is survived by his loving brothers, Howard (Jennifer Deceased), Marshall, Scott (Judy), and Robert.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Bet Olam Cemetery, 25796 Chagrin Blvd, Beachwood, Ohio 44122.

Shiva will be observed at the social room of the Sherri Park Apartments, 2111 Acacia Park Dr, Lyndhurst, Ohio. Shiva hours are scheduled for Sunday, September 28, from 3-5 pm and 6-8 pm, and on Monday, September 29, from 1-5 pm and 6-8 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations be made to The Greater Cleveland Food Bank or to the charity of your choice.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel.
