

Carol K. Schulman, born July 5, 1933, passed away January 21, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Howard B. Schulman. Daughter of Frank and Marilyn Kitzinger (both deceased), and the devoted mother of Kathy Schulman and Chuck Schulman (Laura Kinkopf). She was the cherished grandmother of Kristyn Schulman and Jack Schulman, great-grandmother of Aviana Howell and aunt to Lindsey (Glickman) Johnson, David Glickman and Robert Glickman.
Carol, a graduate of Ohio State University, earned a master’s degree in communications from Case Western Reserve University. While a young mother she was featured in television commercials and also modeled.
Carol loved all animals, especially her pup Olivia. She had Olivia qualified as a therapy dog, and they volunteered together for many years at schools, nursing homes, and other events as a Rescue Village ambassador. She was also an accomplished horse woman when she was younger and loved traveling to Maine as often as possible.
Carol was a well-known, and highly respected, antique dealer who had been in business for over 50 years and was a presence at many prestigious antique shows and auctions over the years.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Geauga Humane Society (Rescue Village).
Arrangements were made under the supervision of Berkowitz- Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel.
