

Charlotte L. Price passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 14, 2025. She was born on December 20, 1928, to Frank and Leah Stone.
Charlotte was an avid reader and a devotee of chamber music. Charlotte was a Jewish educator and a proud graduate of Cleveland Heights High School, The Ohio State University, and The Cleveland College of Jewish Studies. She was well-known as the owner of Stork Baby Furniture and Storks Baby, a company founded by her father in the 1930s.
She cherished her role as “Bubbie” above all else. Her warmth, wisdom, and love of learning enriched the lives of her family and friends.
She leaves her beloved memory for her children to cherish: Daniel Price (Bonnie Diamond), Miriam Friedman (Paul), and Rochelle Slater (Steven). She was the proud grandmother of Leah (Robby), Joseph (Alex), Alana, Joshua, and Sarah.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Joseph Price, and her brother Nelson Stone.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Bet Olam Cemetery, Beachwood, OH.
Shiva will be observed at the home of Paul and Miriam Friedman:
• Tuesday, September 16: visitation at 4:00 p.m. to 8 p.m., minyan at 6:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, September 17: visitation at 6:30 p.m. to 8:30pm , minyan at 7:00 p.m.
• Thursday, September 18: visitation at 6:30 p.m. to 8:30pm, minyan at 7:00 p.m.
The family suggests donations in Charlotte’s memory be made Hadassah, Cleveland Chamber Music Society, and Jewish Family Services College and Financial Program.
