Services will be held Monday, December 15 at 2:00 PM at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 South Taylor Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Cemetery, 27855 Aurora Road, Solon Ohio 44139
Family will observe shiva at the residence 23891 Wendover Rd. Beachwood.
