Diane you are missed and loved. I think often of our hikes and your incredible sense of humor that flourished on the trail.

When I hike I replay our wonderful conversations.  I think of our friendship often. You are dearly missed.

I’m in town visiting and placed flowers for you on our favorite trail Diane. We spent so many hours here. I love and miss you.

One year of days where I wanted to text you or call you about something only you would understand. You are missed and loved so much. 

What a loss!  Such a dynamic woman.  Seeing her in action at Mayfield High was really impressive.  Sincere condolences to you, Lou. 

Our daughters were in preschool together at the JCC. I also worked with her at Brush High School . I am so very sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences. 

I was so sorry to hear of Diane's passing.  I had the pleasure of taking part in one of her Living Thin courses, and to this day the concepts that she taught are relevant and still work!  She was a great coach and encourager.

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Diane as she use to attend my spin classes. No matter how challenging, she always had a smile on her face. The last time I saw her was at the Peloton Store. Dear Axel family,

Diane and I worked together at Mayfield. Any time I had to talk with her about a case, I knew to expect a much longer conversation than necessary that often resulted in much laughter. She put her all into everything she did and everything she believed in. I heard many stories of all of you over the years as you were her everything. She loved all of you so fiercely and I saw numerous pictures and videos she shared of Junebug and Arlo. 

Her memorial service today was beautiful. Thank you for sharing such wonderful memories of her. 

She will be dearly missed. May her memory always be a blessing.

I had the pleasure of working with Diane during her time at Charles F. Brush High School. Diane was a pleasure to work with. She always dealt with the most stressful and difficult situations with a smile on her face. Always a positive force for good and such a wonderful person to share time with. I will always remember her with great fondness. My deepest sympathy to her family. 

I took Diane's "Living Thin" in 1982.  It may have been in a Sheraton Hopkin's airport meeting room.  Her approach was ahead of its time.  But it was more than a product, it was Diane.  She was positive, energetic, compassionate, supportive and so well dressed! I remember her well, to this day. I have often been thankful that I had the opportunity to work with her. Following her behavioral approach changed my relationship with food.  Thank you, Diane.  My deepest sympathies to the family of Diane.

We shared so many happy times;  Rosh Hashanas (her famous yellow jello!),  Passovers,  New Years Day brunches and many more.  But, most of all her family!  

I have many wonderful memories of hiking with Diane. During our hikes she would tell the best stories about shopping for clothes and shoes…I loved listening to these funny stories! She loved her family fiercely. Diane encouraged me to be better and I was because of her. I love you Diane. 

I worked with Diane at Mayfield High School and she was a live wire!  Always fun, always smiling, and very lively.   She was also best dressed!  We biked a few times and she was a beast on her bike climbing up the hills of Gates Mills.   She was very devoted to her husband, children and grandchildren  and I know she will be missed by everyone she touched.  

I remember Michael calling me one day to run over to help Diane as she hurt her ankle.  I was geographically much closer to her that he was that day.  I took my youngest daughter Julia,  Emily's classmate, in hand, and we ran over to the house.  A quick assessment and getting her an ace bandage temporarily rectified the problem. She was quite the trooper as always..smiling through the whole situation.  

She will be dearly missed by so many.

I remember diane as warm caring person who cared deeply for her students .She always had a smile and a kind word to say.I would see her at Lifetime Fitness and she could keep up with anybody in exercising. Rest in Peace.

Diane was my best friend in high school and beyond. She was one of the funniest people I have ever known.  She was also so bright and creative. I have so many fond memories of our teenage years. We had so much fun going downtown, ushering at the playhouse and just hanging out and laughing. 
I am so glad she found happiness with her husband, children and grandchildren. 

I'm finding this hard to write because I have know Diane since I was eight years old and we went to Euclid Park Elementary School together.   

She was such a fun person and a natural leader.  When Diane moved to South Euclid and we moved to University Hts. we would plan to catch the same No. 32 bus and go downtown and shop.   

Our families also spend time together.  Many summer picnics at Magadore Reservoir.   Many happy memories.

I am so sorry for your loss. 

I'm so, so sad to hear about Diane's passing.  I worked across the hall from Diane for a couple of years at Mayfield High School.  She was way ahead of her time - she had the first standing desk that I had ever seen!  Diane and her husband found a kitty in their backyard and asked if I wanted to take it in.  I said yes...that was 2013 and we still have Rocky today!  She was such a wonderful, kind, vibrant person.  My deepest condelences to the family.

This news hit hard. I was a colleague of Diane’s for many years at Mayfield. I also consider her a friend. Her devotion to our students was incredible and only matched by her love of her husband, children, and grandchildren. She lit up showing videos of June bug. I recently saw Diane and Michael riding their bikes on Gates Mills Blvd; she had a smile that could be seen from miles away as she was with her love doing what she loved. 

Dearest Michael, Emily, Matthew and Family,
My heart is heavy today learning of the passing of such a special person. Diane will always be remembered for being passionate about so many things in life, especially her beautiful family. May your hearts be filled with everlasting joyous memories and comfort during this time of grief and the days ahead. She will be greatly missed by so many.

I have the fondest of memories from my time working with Diane at Mayfield. She had one of the best laughs and brightest personalities. My deepest condolences to Diane’s friends and family. 

One of the most outgoing, encouraging accepting people I have had the pleasure to know.   Always the upbeat “come on, let’s go” leader of any gathering.  You will be missed.  We have not been in touch much in person but remained social media friends, seeing you and your family always made me smile.  My deepest sympathies to your family.
