Memorial services for Donna will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz, 1985 South Taylor Road, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118.
Donna is survived by her dear sister, Karen (Gary) Mitrisin, and brother, Nelson Kramer. She will be dearly missed by her nephew David (Diana) Mitrisin and niece, Alissa (Lane Verlenden), and great niece, Quinn, and great nephews Jack and Elliot.
Shiva will be observed immediately following services at Landerhaven, 6009 Landerhaven Drive, Mayfield Heights from 1:00pm until 5:00pm.
Donations may be made in memory of Donna to Medwish/Medworks (www.medwish.org) or a charity of your choice.
