Never met or knew you, Griffin, but from what I have heard from people, you were absolutely wonderful and left this world too early.  My thoughts and prayers to the family during this unthinkably difficult time.

I just found out about Griffin, I send my deepest condolences to his parents and family. I worked at a Starbucks in the building he worked at. I served him coffee daily, and something I always remembered was his smile. He never seemed angry and was over all a great customer. I am sad to hear of his passing.

Dear Bell Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss.  You have so much to be proud of as Griffin was such a caring, compassionate and genuine person and I can only imagine just how many people he touched in his far too short life.  He was also a very calm and patient person as I experienced when he and I were paired together for one Zelman golf outing.  He never once showed frustration as I whiffed the ball, walked five yards to hit the next or searched the woods for errant tee shotsall the while maintaining such professionalism in his own game.  As I had already known about him but definitely experienced that day, and what I really remember the most about him is that he was always eager to help.  From my golf game to Zelman events I was planning or just taking care of things around the office, he was always happy and more than willing to help with anything and always seemed to take great pride in his tasks and responsibilities.  There is no question he will have a lasting impact on so many of our lives.  I am sorry I cannot be there today with the rest of the Zelman Team but will certainly be thinking about you and remembering Griffin.

Griffin had a very kind spirit. I remember how he spoke to me one time about the relationship he had with his grandfather.  He called him his best friend and you could tell by the way he spoke about him that he meant it. Another time he was speaking about his brother who was serving in the military and he had such compassion in describing what he was doing and was so proud of him. My remembrances of Griffin, even as a young child, were those of a beautiful, sensitive person. And as the years went by, he only became more and more. It is with such a saddened heart that I'm writing something here. It's been over 6 years since Griffin and I became friends back at the UofA, and the bonds we created and all the great times we shared throughout college and then afterwards in NYC were unforgettable. Griffin was such a selfless and enjoyable person to be around and there will undoubtedly be a hole in my heart knowing that he's no longer with us. More to say at a later time, but please know that I am so sorry for the loss and have been so distraught and in such disbelief. Griffin has left such an impact on so many of us, and his legacy will most certainly live on in our hearts forever.

I was so very sorry to learn of Griffin's passing from Tony McGill.  Tony, Griffin, and I worked on a transaction for many months and spent a tremendous amount of time together in person and over the phone and computer.  Griffin was a pleasure to work with and had such a great spirit and attitude about him.  I often joked that if he ever wanted to move to the South, he had a job offer waiting.  We kept in touch after our transaction came to a close, often joking about the Browns or the Cavaliers.  I have no doubt that Griffin will be greatly missed by many people.  My deepest sympathies to his family and friends for this loss.

I have sweet memories of Griffin as a little boy who affectionately called his grandfather Bruce, " Bubba". What a special bond they had... Lot's of fun adventures together. Every day at work, while sitting at my desk, I would see Griffin passing by, walking from his desk to the printer and back. Every single time I looked over, he would smile at me and I would smile back. He made me feel so welcome from my very first day at the firm. I soon learned that he was always the first one in the office to suggest a plan for after parties following our company holiday dinners, and the one taking charge of all the office games - the squares for the Super Bowl and all the fantasy leagues.
