Dear Linda and Family we were so sorry to hear of your loss after not being in contact for over 50 years. We have been cleaning up and we found an old address book so I thought I would try and track you down.  I did but unfortunately it was a bit late for Syd to contact an old fraternity brother. It was with great sadness that I learned of Jerry's passing. He was a special colleague of mine at Lubrizol for many years. Please accept my heartfelt condolences and I hope that in a small way they help through these trying times.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I am deeply saddened at Jerry's passing.  He was a valued mentor to me in my early years at Lubrizol, a trusted colleague, and a person who cared deeply about the welfare and careers of others.  May Linda and his wonderful family remember Jerry's love for them, his keen wit, and his selfless kindness.

To Linda and family,
     I didn't know Jerry as well as others may have.  However, I do remember noting that this man seemed to be a very quiet intellectual giant.  My brother Phil said that there was often a book in his hands.  He could be standing in a room reading as the family buzzed all around him, and his only focus was the book. I really enjoyed hearing that story.
     I am sorry that your family has lost a husband, a dad, a father-in-law, a grandpa, but also a wonderful friend to all of you.

We were saddened to hear about the sudden passing of our friend and co-worker, Jerry .  We have many fond memories of him.  We  want to send our condolences and deepest sympathy to his family.  Our thoughts and prayers are with them.

Sorry about the passing of my long time colleague and friend Jerry Cohen. I wish to express my condolences to Linda, Roberta, Marty, Charlie and his extended family.

Very sorry to hear about Jerry's sudden death.  A sweet, gentle, educated man whom with Linda invited me over to their house for several Sederim. His tenacity to live his life as fully as he could with all of his health issues was inspirational.i know he loved his wife, children and grandchildren dearly. May his memory be for a blessing.
