John C. Klein

John C. Klein ,age 88, beloved husband of the late Joan (nee Bukstein). Loving Step- father of Susann Klein, Cathy (Bill) Chandler-Klein, Terry (Jeff) Davis, Bonnie (Al Globus) Klein and Leslie (Steve) Katzel. Devoted grandfather of Nick (Spike Huntington) Klein, Dan Chandler-Klein, MacKenzie and Katie Davis, Hannah and Ryan Globus and Cooper Katzel. Dear brother of the late Leslie Skinner. Adored cousin of Lee Mendelsohn. Cherished and incredible friend to many. John created so much fun in his life for others to benefit from. He was called "the Director of Fun". John was a sports enthusiast, an athlete. John was also a playwright, a director of shows for the Oakwood Club, and was the Camp Director , owner and chief camper of Camp Robin Hood. May we never forget his great sense of humor, his love for life, his friends and his family. Services will be held Friday, July 27 at 2 PM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd. Cleveland Heights, OH. Interment Lake View Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the residence of Leslie and Steve Katzel 6182 Chagrin Highland Dr. Solon, OH. Friday FOLLOWING SERVICES AND INTERMENT UNTIL 8PM, SATURDAY 1 PM-4 PM & 6 PM- 8 PM.
