Julia was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend. A dedicated attorney by profession, she was deeply passionate about reading, gardening, and the arts. She cherished time spent with her family and friends and found great joy in cultivating beauty—whether through her work, her garden, or the relationships she nurtured throughout her life.
She is lovingly survived by her sons, Sasha and Jonah Lieb; her father, Boris Kipnis; her sister, Alisa Kipnis Bates (Russ); her aunt and uncle, Rimma and Vlad Levitin; her niece, Samantha Khoury; and her nephews, Luke and Jake Khoury.
Julia was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Olga Kipnis.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
