Services will be held Friday, January 23, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Hts. Interment Mayfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends following interment at the Social Room of the Hamptons, (center building) 27040 Cedar Rd., Beachwood until 5:00 PM then Saturday at the Kronenberg, residence 27050 Cedar Rd. #616, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Contributions are suggested to a charity of choice.
