Mair Zaidenras, like the "Mayor" of Beachwood, born on January 29, 1948, right along with the founding of our beloved homeland Eretz Yisrael, died on May 1 at the FAR too young age of 77, after a courageous yet lengthy battle with a carcinoma of unknown origin. Born in Poland and raised in Israel, he immigrated to the US in 1972, where he met the love of his life and the greatest woman alive, Cindy. They wed after 2 weeks and made an incredible life out of nothing. He was a self-made man, electrician by trade and in property management. He was a perfectionist who expected the same from all he knew. Together, he and Cindy had 3 daughters and 3 bonus sons. Lisa and David Kadosh, Renee and Guy Greller and Sharoni and Mark Rubinstein. He was Zaidy to his 8 favorite humans, Nir, Eden, Erez Kadosh, Maya, Jonah, Lielle Greller and Sophie and Gabi Rubinstein. He is survived by his brother Zvikah and sisters Ida and Dina, all of Israel. He was predeceased by his parents, Yitzchok and Rochel, as well as his sisters, Dora and Bella.
His family is devastated by this loss and don’t know how this hole will ever be filled. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation of a charity of your choice or to Gross Schechter Day School.
