Marilyn was a member of my Master Gardener class, and she had such a wonderful knowledge of and love for gardening. Several of her flowers live on in my garden and i will always think of her when i look at them. She will be missed many. My condolences to the entire family.

I haven't seen Marilyn since high school but I will always remember her sweet, straight forward and loving nature and her sense of humor.  She made me feel at home.  Dolly Britzman

It was pure pleasure knowing Marilyn and Norm as well as Marilyn's mother. We first met years back through Julius Baker when tracking family genealogy. Marilyn and Norm provided many hours of enjoyment, whether describing their collections and hobbies, or simply sitting and talking. It is a privilege just having known them, such wonderful people.

There are so many memories that will survive with my memories of Marilyn.   We spent many summers with going on family vacations to Cape Cod and many other vacations like the trip to Canada.    I enjoyed the wisdom that she shared with us as well as the humor that she had.   We had the greatest time together as a family.   I will miss her at the Broadway shows.

My memories of Marilyn go back to sharing our lunches in the Heights High cafeteria, taking driver's ed together and exploring the country roads that are now suburbia.  We were fortunate to maintain that wonderful friendship for the next 57 years. Marilyn was always there for me and I hope I was there for her.

I am so sorry for your loss. I loved both Marilyn and Norman very deeply. My life is much richer for having known them.

I will always think of Marilyn more as an Aunt to me than a friend and will have to say that all the Berman kids feel the same way.  She will be dearly be missed as she was truly one of kind.

If I felt less I could say more.  I loved Marilyn, Norman and watched the children grow up.  We shared a love for cats, ducks and all living things.  The best of memories make me smile.

Marilyn and Norm were the kindest, sweetest couple I have had the privilege of knowing. I would love to think they are together again, convincing St. Peter (even if he's not Jewish!) that the gates of heaven need more graceful landscaping, and the reception area could use more comfortable, intimate seating.

Marilyn was one of the nicest people I have ever known. Kind, gentle and always warm hearted. She will be missed for her loving ways and joy for life. Much love to all.

Marilyn had the most beautiful singing voice that matched her beautiful heart. She will be missed by so many. She was loved and cherished for her wit and charm. May she sing forever with Norman.

Marilyn and I were Co-La Leche League leaders and therefore shared many precious moments with our own children and the many mothers and their children that we counseled and helped through the breast feeding experience.  In addition, our children (mine Jeremy and Deborah, hers Adam and Ari) were close in age and also knew each other through their shared Jewish heritage.  I believe that early acquaintance has re-manifested itself through facebook.  It is with great sadness that I am learning of Marilyn's passing.  Heartfelt condolences to the entire family.
