Michael Roy Rosenthal

Born on January 29, 1941, in Cleveland, Michael grew up in Shaker Heights and graduated from Shaker Heights High School. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in business management from Miami University of Ohio.

Michael spent his professional life dedicated to the family’s scrap metal business, which he led with integrity and a strong work ethic. His commitment to both his business and his community left a lasting legacy.

In 1963, Michael married his high school sweetheart, Adell Levine. The two shared nearly 62 loving years of marriage, raising a family and building a life grounded in devotion and mutual respect.

Michael was the proud father of two sons, Eric (deceased) and Todd, and the beloved grandfather of Eric and Kyle. Family meant everything to him, and his warmth, wisdom, and steady presence will be deeply missed.

A graveside service was held at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Bedford Heights, Ohio, on April 24, 2025.

Michael’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
