Beloved son of Hilda Epstein (nee Swirsky) and the late Myron Tetelman; cherished step-son of Dr. Bernard Epstein; dear brother of Dr. Evan (Terry) Tetelman and Barry Tetelman; step brother of Dan (Jane) Epstein of Chicago, Paul (Dr. Mimi Levy) Epstein of NY and Nancy (Fred) Dowd of Columbus. Services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS., Sunday, June 3 at 11 AM. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery. Family at the residence of Dr. Evan and Terry Tetelman, 2424 Allen Blvd., Beachwood SUNDAY FOLLOWING INTERMENT UNTIL 8 PM, MONDAY AND TUESDAY FROM 2 TO 4 AND 7 TO 9 PM ONLY.
