

Dr. Sheldon Lee Korman passed away peacefully at the age of 88. He was the loving husband of Sharon, proud father of Amy (Ross) Davies, Laura Korman (Chris Hill), David Korman (Jennifer), Zeyda to Michael (Nicole) and Riley Davies, Aviva (Logan) Shipley, Sophie Hill, Madeline Korman, Samuel Korman, and Charlie Korman, and great grandfather to Penelope and Violet Davies.
Sheldon was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Albert and Belle Korman. He was a dentist for the US Air Force stationed in Okinawa, then in the greater Cleveland community with offices in Twinsburg, then Euclid until he retired at the age of 73, beloved by his patients. He was a volunteer fireman for the city of Beachwood, dentist to several Cleveland professional hockey teams, ski patrol at the Cleveland Ski Club, active Rotarian.
Shelly was a peaceful soul but lived an active life, never happier than when he was out cycling. He loved travel, especially skiing with his family, playing golf, and hiking in the Metroparks.
Funeral services will take place at Berkowitz - Kumin - Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 South Taylor Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118 on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.

Interment will be at Mount Olive Cemetery, 27855 Aurora Road, Solon, Ohio 44139 following the service. Shiva will be held at the Korman Residence 356 Thistle Trail Mayfield Hts Ohio 44124 on Monday from 3-5 Pm and 7-9 Pm and on Tuesday from 2-4 Pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Shelly’s memory can be made to Rescue Village or another charity of your choice.
