GLASER Shirley L. Glaser (nee Portman), age 89, of Cleveland, OH., passed away peacefully on July 24,2016 in Needham, MA, where she spent the last two years of her life. She was born September 3,1926, in Cleveland, OH to Edith and William Portman. Shirley enjoyed traveling, shopping, entertaining and cooking. She will be so deeply missed by her children Carol (Shelley) Schrier, of Wooster, Debra Glaser of Burton and Barbara (Ron) Ludman of Needham, MA. Devoted grandmother of Bill Schrier, Bob (Amy) Schrier, Julie (Morris) Atwood, Lea (Mike) Sawulski, Jamie(Brian) Spencer, Betsy Finkelhorn and Lauren and Danny Ludman. Great grandmother of Asher, Micah, Naomi and Peninah Schrier, Jake and Sam Spencer. Beloved wife of the late Jack. Services will be held Tuesday, July 26, at 11 AM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Heights, OH. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery.Family will receive friends at the residence of Jamie and Brian Spencer 8639 Lake in the Woods Trail, Chagrin Falls, OH. TUESDAY FOLLOWIING SERVICES UNTIL 8 PM.
