Dearest Brother of Joseph (Elizabeth) Costanzo (deceased), Angelo Costanzo, Rody (Bernadette) Costanzo, Orlando (Beverly) Costanzo, Rose (Charles (deceased)) Rasper, and Josephine (Paul Rice (deceased)) Costanzo. Dear uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Tony spent his entire career with the City of Cleveland as the head zoning attorney. Tony was a proud Italian American, and was a history buff who loved to read and watch Cleveland sports. He was a member of the neighborhood Vets Club, where he excelled at beating his friends at cards. His dry sense of humor will be missed and remembered.
