Audrey L McKee

Audrey (Na Na) Louise was born in Cleveland, Ohio, November 13th, 1946. She was the eldest child of

the late Cecil and Clara (Williams) McKee. She attended boarding school up until 5th grade at which point she was transferred to the East Cleveland school system.

Audrey worked at Fabi-Center of America as a drape presser until the position was retired and the company rebranded. From there she began baking and making various delicious desserts for her community and family. Her cakes were talked about by many and loved by all. Especially her unrivaled pound cake.

Audrey spent a few years as a foster parent. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with loved ones. Bowling, coloring and crafting, baking, and hanging out with her best friend/sister Tywanna French who preceded her in death.

Audrey was the oldest of three siblings. Her two younger brothers, Cecil McKee Jr. and Allen (Abdul Wahab) McKee, both precede her in death. A sister/cousin to Dorretha Lightner and nephew De'Andrae.

She leaves behind three children: Jeffery Sr., Marcus Sr., and Cecilia. One son in law Rodriquez. Grandchildren: Marketa, Marcus Jr., Chase, Sekeya, Sequoya, Shi'Yana, Bre'Anna, Teiana, Jeffery Jr., Jasmine, Ciara, Sarah, Jada, and Jiyah. Twelve great-grandchildren: Da'Nira, A’nila, Bailey, Liyah, Faith, Harmony, Malcolm, Awbree, Rylee, Raymeir, Aubree, and Jayden. Along with a host of family and friends who will cherish her memories.

Audrey will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

A family visitation for Audrey will be held Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cummings & Davis Funeral Home, 13201 Euclid Avenue, East Cleveland, Ohio 44112. A wake will occur Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 13201 Euclid Avenue, East Cleveland, Ohio 44112. A home going service will occur Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 11:30 AM, 13201 Euclid Avenue, East Cleveland, Ohio 44112. An interment will occur Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Cleveland Memorial Gardens, 4324 Green Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44121.
