Evelyn Germaine Trucks

Born on August 2, 1936, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the beloved daughter of the late Helmut and Germaine (Zimmer) Trucks.

Evelyn was the dear mother of Christina Rivera (Gus); cherished grandmother of David Duncan (Cheryl Perez), Suhail “Steve” Al-Kayyali (Maria Gomes), Luis Mullins (Ariel), and Joseph Mullins; and proud great-grandmother of Nathan Duncan, Katie Perez-Duncan, Lydia and Eli Al-Kayyali, Lleira, Luis III, Theodore, and Benjamin Mullins. She was the loving sister of Ewald Trucks (Nancy).

Evelyn dedicated many years of her professional life to caring for others as a Registered Nurse at Grace Hospital. After changing careers, she later retired from Arrow International. A devout Catholic, Evelyn was an active and faithful member of St. Stephen’s Church in Cleveland, where she generously devoted many hours of service. She also volunteered at Fairview Hospital and was a longtime member of a bowling league in Lakewood, forming many cherished friendships through the years.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 4:00–8:00 PM at Craciun Berry Funeral Home, 7200 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:00 AM at St. Stephen’s Church, 1930 W. 54th Street, Cleveland. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park, Ohio.

Evelyn will be remembered for her deep faith, generous spirit, and unwavering love for her family.
