Beloved husband of 53 years to Jackie (nee Flora) Shultz. Devoted father to Dean'na Flora (Christopher) and the late Frank R. Shultz Jr. Grandfather to Breanna (David Hicks) Flora, Anthony Flora and Jacob Flora. Great grandfather to Logan Adkins, Elliana Hampton and Trent Taylor. Brother in law to Robert (Adona, deceased), Dennis Flora (Fran, deceased), Sherri (Craig) Neumann and Richard Flora (deceased). Son in law to the late Betty Jean Kenney. Son to the late Michael and Anna Shultz. Loved by many nieces and nephews.
