Devoted wife to the late Eugene; loving mother to Pat (the late Bob) Brewer, Judy (Howard) Clark, Jane (the late William) Billinger, Bernie (Merilee) Emling and Katie (Paul) Corbett. Cherished Grandma to 10 and Great Grandma to 14. Beloved sister to Rhoda Fennell, the late Ernest Plasman and the late Nina Koeth.
Ida was born in Cleveland to the late Ernest and Bessie Plasman and was a resident of Bay Village for 70 years. She passed away peacefully at O'Neill Healthcare North Olmsted, where she has lived in Assisted Living for 10 years. She enjoyed gardening, camping, fishing, sewing, knitting and vacationing with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ida's name may be made to Blessed Trinity Church in Cleveland, Ohio or a charity of your choice.
A visitation for Ida will be held Monday, June 3, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a funeral mass beginning at 12 PM at Blessed Trinity Church, 14040 Puritas Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44135. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14609 Brookpark Road, Brook Park, Ohio 44142.
