John Flowers Sr.

A wake for John will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Cummings & Davis Funeral Home, 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44112. A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 11:00 AM, 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44112. An interment evergreen cemetery will occur at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, 5505 Northfield Road, Bedford Heights, Ohio.

John Thomas Flowers, Sr. was born to Columbus Flowers and Ruby Hill on September 5, 1946, in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

John was a dedicated factory worker and he loved painting houses.

John was a great artist. He enjoyed playing cards and traveling.

John cared deeply for his family. He was very humorous and took great joy in making his family laugh.

John departed this life on March 25, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Ruth Showers (Danny) and Peggy Putnam (Joseph).

Left to cherish John’s memory is his son, John Thomas Flowers, Jr.; daughter, Alehya Stieff-Keyes; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two loving sisters, Gloria Pate and Delores Green (Donald); and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
