Kathlyn A. Pitassi

She was born in Lakewood, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (nee Kilfoyle) Aylward. Kathy was the cherished wife to the late Gino Pitassi; loving sister to Karen Aylward, Christine (Vonnie) Dean and the late James Aylward and the late Josanne Kurka (the late Charles).

Kathy was an alumni of Magnificat High School and attended Immaculata Junior College in Washington D.C. She later worked as an Actuary in the West Cleveland area.

A visitation for Kathy will be held on Wednesday August 7, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a funeral service beginning at 5:30 PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 14768 Lorain Ave Cleveland, Ohio 44111.
