Kerry leaves behind a circle of dear friends and his cherished classmates from the Lakewood High School Class of 1977, whose friendships meant so much to him throughout his life.
He found great joy in life’s simple pleasures—especially his extensive collection of model airplane kits and his deep, almost encyclopedic knowledge of World War II history. Those who knew Kerry will remember not just his passions, but the quiet enthusiasm and curiosity he brought to sharing them.
Above all, Kerry will be remembered for his kind and generous heart. He lived with a genuine spirit of gratitude and a selfless way of caring for others, often asking, “What can I do for you?”—a simple question that reflected the way he lived his life every day.
Though he lived modestly, the impact of his kindness and sincerity will be lasting. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
In keeping with his wishes, no services will be held. Donations in his memory to American Diabetes Association - www.diabetes.org
