Leonarda "Dina" Rosa Mascarin

Born on March 17, 1934, in Faeto, Italy, Dina lived a life centered on faith, family, compassion, and the joy she brought to others. Her warmth, strength, and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Cesare Mascarin. Dina is survived by her son, Paul Mascarin (Colleen); and her daughter, Gabriella Isabella (Don). She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Christopher, Noelle (Brian), Joseph (Lauren), Justin, Maura, Cailin, and Amelia, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Dina will be remembered for her caring heart, gentle spirit, unwavering dedication to her family, and for the treasured traditions she created around her table. An amazing Italian cook, she filled her home with love, laughter, and unforgettable meals that brought family and friends together. She also found great joy in sewing, gardening, and caring for her beautiful flowers, which reflected the love and attention she gave to everything in her life. Her family finds comfort in the many cherished memories they shared with her and in the enduring legacy of love, family, and tradition she leaves behind.

May she rest in eternal peace and may perpetual light shine upon her. Riposa in pace.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 10AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 6928 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, OH 44102. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14609 Brookpark Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142.
