A visitation for Luddie will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cummings & Davis Funeral Home, 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44112. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 9:30 AM at Pentecostal Tabernacle United Holy Church, 6411 Quincy Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44104. An interment ohio western reserve national cemetery will occur.
