

Alice Murrell Rose was a very positive role model, teacher, and champion of life, who rarely delayed when others were in need of assistance, guidance, leadership, and most of all in her love and praise for the Lord.She worshiped atThe First Church of East Cleveland and later relocating to St MarksPresbyterian Churchin Beachwood. Alice was the last of her generationandsister tofour;Howard, Edward, Dolly and Jean. She was a faithful wife, devoted mother and sister to all in the family.
Alicewas a competitor on and off the courts on which she played, and most of all showed excellent sportsmanship. She lived her life to the fullest, while takingtime to grow, admire and smell theRosesthat she nurtured, fed and raised, from the ground up.As she wished, Alicespent the last years of herlife nestledclosely with her sister, and also near their father.May they rest in peace in Cleveland, Ohio.
Alice is survived by sons Robert F. and Edward E. (Monnica).
Grandchildren -Ruth Winkelman and son Jr., Paul E. (Shavaun) and daughter Brianna, Edward M. (Carissa), and Angela JC (Geoff) Sewell and daughter Alana. The oldest son Paul M. passed away this month, April.Humbly Submitted,The Family
