She was born on June 17, 1932, to Geronimo Caraballo and Victoria Feliciano in Yauco, Puerto Rico.
Nereida is survived by her three children:
Antonio, Nancy, Elida. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Antonio Caraballo and daughter Yolanda Caraballo.
She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and an abundance of great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
Nereida loved cooking delicious meals for her family and friends and adored spending time babysitting family and friends.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on through the love and laughter she brought to those around her.
Visitation Thursday, October 23, from 9am till time of service at 12noon in the Craciun Berry Funeral Home, 7200 Detroit Ave. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
