I'm sorry to hear about Mr. Pierce's passing. I knew your family from the neighborhood.  My family lived right next to Colmans school yard. You may remember me as Buzzy. We played basketball at Grace with the Bush boys.  I always saw your mom at Pick-N-Pay where I worked. I remember your family as kind and loving. I know your dad is in heaven at peace. He raised a great family,  and I was blessed to have known him. I hope everyone else is well.

I will miss Bob. I will also miss the remarks he would say to me.  I have known him since 1958. Not only did we go to the  same church but we worked for the same company. The kinders love you

How we will miss seeing Mr. Pierce sitting in his pew at Cleveland Baptist Church. We could always count on a big smile, a “ How are you doing?”, and a reference to how “lucky” we were because we have five boys. He even nicknamed me (Judy), “Lucky” and would greet me each Sunday with that name. I loved it! It was his way of reminding me of God’s blessing in our lives.
The Pierce family is loved and will be held up in our prayers in the days ahead. Mrs.Pierce, we’re so thankful you have such a caring family around you at this time and above all, we are thankful for salvation. What comfort it brings to know that he is with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Dear Geneva and family;
We have so many memories of  the Pierce family!  Going all the way back to  the time we met on W.85th St in Cleveland, Ohio.  We're thankful for the love  we've shared through the Lord Jesus, and the church there, Cleveland Baptist Church, through all of these years.
